Emma Jane Hogbin (www.emmajane.net)

Emma Jane Hogbin has been working as a web developer since 1996 and as a technical instructor for over a decade. Before moving to Owen Sound, she was an instructor at Seneca College and Humber College in Toronto, Canada. Her workshops receive high praise from participants for their ability to wrap difficult concepts into manageable parcels of information that result in immediately transferable workplace skills. She is a sought-after conference presenter in the open source community. In the Drupal community she is known for leading the DrupalCon speaker training (2009, 2010, 2012), presentations (Szeged, Washington DC, Paris, Chicago, London, San Francisco), the Drupal socks and her kickass theming book, Front End Drupal. Her latest book, Drupal User's Guide, presents a decade of site building experience in an easy-to-read volume. She is user 1773 on drupal.org.

Lorna Jane Mitchell (www.lornajane.net)

Lorna is an independent PHP consultant based in Leeds, UK. She leads the joind.in open source project, which provides a platform for real-time, public feedback at community events. She is an experienced event organiser and speaker herself, having hosted the Dutch PHP Conference and co-founded the PHP North West conference and user group. She regularly delivers technical training sessions on PHP and APIs and is also active as a mentor with PHPWomen.org. Author of the book PHP Master from Sitepoint, Lorna loves to write and is regularly published at a number of outlets including netmagazine and of course her own blog lornajane.net.
